    As its in a cupboard its not in a zone....... (example: Tested a property were the fuseboard was in the bathroom, as it was in a cupboard it was not classed as being a zone, I am still not convinced but I dont make the rules) Any other sparks comments welcome.....

    A Periodic Inspection & Test could be carried out at the end, although would be or should be unsatisfactory due to an Installation Certificate not being available......if your post was meaning would a spark issue an installation certificate for you for a cash sum.....well it would have to be big...

    Could you not wire the sockets from the existing downstairs ringmain as this would not be considered as new install work / works with a kitchen and should not require the approval from your local authority.

    Personally, I would install a twin socket below your worktop in a cupboard and simply plug both appliances in.

    The problem I find with dummy cameras, is they do really look fake....but I suppose you need to try it first....the good thing about dummy cameras is that it wont record you giving the little s**t a strict telling off :wink:

    You have to put your details down. BS:3871 Type 1/2/3/4 BS:EN 60898 Type B/C/D Any departures affecting the circuit / board you have worked on should be noted. Any works that need doing should be made clear to the person ordering the works, any remedial works that affect the circuit...
