about a fortnight, there are two thermostats in the tank. top and bottom , was told bottom has never been used and that the top one is only one ever used. checked the temp. and its set at 60 degrees

sorry completely wrong info. whats happening is this. hot water via the immersion heater is hot thru the taps but not long enough to run a bath.

problem. i fitted an oil tank fittting to the oil filter unit but after filling tank i saw a very slight seepage from the fitting which is before the isolation valve, is there any way of sealing this with some sort of compound thanks
