    Many thanks for that il check it this evening.Had the van into a main dealer today and they said it needed a new immobiliser at just over £1,000 just about half of what the vans worth. It is starting but only very occasionally. Can the immobiliser be bypassed? All suggestions welcome. Cheers.

    the jointer and strap shown in the picture is for jointing to half round cast iron gutter. The correct jointer should have a rubber seal and not be sealed with silicone.Silicone will not seal because of the expansion and contraction of the gutter.

    The downpipe from the main roof needs diverting or extending so it doesnt drain onto your flat roof.The flat roof was designed to clear the rainfall falling onto it , not the rainfall from your main roof as well.

    Might not be thick enough or no dpm or inferior sub base. As you say the the sunroom is just a "shack". Better to tear it down,break up the concrete dig some footings and start afresh.
