Need some more info please..... what type of clock/programmer do you have? What external controls are connected to this system. For example, is there a Y valve?

They are designed to fit into a suspended ceiling grid like this Normally used in offices they give good light output and can be easily adjusted. The ceiling grid can be expensive to install but provides a void to install other services, fire alarm. etc... Bit of a guide here...
