Hi I have a Salus RT500 Wireless Thermostate Controller. It seems that I cannot programme it any lower than 10 degrees - that is the lowest it will go. However, my father in law's goes down to 5 degrees. Any advice how I can fix this please - the heating keeps coming on throughout...
