    another idiot!!!!!!!!

What an interesting read this made for me, a sort off bed time story XD. Rather than getting these 25ph engineers out, why not get your boiler covered by the likes of domestic and general etc. That way the engineers have to get it fixed or they will lose the contract.

    Radiator size

Hope this helps. 1.Measure volume of room in cu.ft. i.e length x width x height. 2.Multiply by 5x for living rooms/dining rooms, 4x for bedrooms, 3x anywhere else. 3.Add 15% for rooms facing north. 4.Add 20% for french doors. 5.Deduct 10% for double glazing. This will give the required...

    ideal isar intemitent dhw fault

is they're actually any problem?, when the hot water doesn't fire when tap open is the water hot? The boiler has a dhw preheat so doesn't always fire up straight away, as long as you have hot water they're is no issue.

Vokera Linea 28 Comb. Boiler loss of DHW

I wouldn't wait for the engineer to find a fault i would point it out to him, as it almost sounds like you don't want him to find it so that you can mention it after he's done. Sounds like plate heat exchanger although never assume the fault. The engineer will or should check the flow rate...

Vokera linea 24 .. DHW goes hot and cold

To me it means order a new plate heat exchanger less hastle, you can never properly clean these plates, the heating side that feeds to this part will be choked and dirty, doesnt have to be 93 maybe 85+.

vokera linea 24 has no central heating

Get a engineer to check the operation of the control knob first, if thats okay then i would be more than confident in ordering up the main pcb

Vokera linea 24 .. DHW goes hot and cold

To be more helpful on this situation, and find out if your plate heat exchanger is needing cleaned or replaced, try the following. Make sure hot water thermostat on the boiler is up as high as can be, then turn hot water on at whichever tap you seem to think it affects the worst. Now under...

Hi, they're is two temperature control knobs and a main control knob. Left knob = hot water temp. Middle control = ch/hw, off/reset, hw only. Right control = heating temperature. Which knob are we talking about here first, i am assuming the ch/hw? Also when you say when you turn it up...
