Try looking at the filters if you can. They may be partially blocked. Also see if the thermostatic property of the shower is working by turning it to hot only. If the water is hot enough the water should run down to nothing. If it keeps flowing, then the valve may be faulty.

A new pump may be required. You can coax it along by removing the chrome screw ( dependent on model ) and turning the impeller with a screwdriver, if it is seized then get your wallet out :)

If you notice by the responses you have got, there is a reluctance to assist you on this matter. It's not a closing of ranks, it's probably more an indication to call in an expert to do the work, they will be able to see what they need to replace, etc. :)
