Thanks for the replies guys. It's not 12mm flexi tap tails I'm looking for, it's simply 2 small lengths of pipe that connect the tap heads to the spout (each needs to be approximately 12cm long). The connections between the heads and spout are 1/2". Flexi tap connectors are just too long...

It's a no can do. The length of the pipe needs to be about 120mm long and requires a slight bend. Using reducers would not allow this.
