    Remove all the loose bits , fill in with ardex A46 or similar repair mortar which is a exterior version. Then go over it overlapping onto the asphalt with ardex DPM1c

    1965 but most houses before 1980 don’t have a effective Dpm under it so laying glue down LVT will stop the floor breathing which can cause damp. Test it and if it has moisture put a liquid Dpm over it.

    1971 your concrete might not have a damp proof membrane ? Can you see any sheet around the perimeter. any reason why you aren’t using a smoothing compound over the concrete.

    I use ardex mate . Most are decent though.

    What’s the levels like? Is it glue down or click LVT. You will need to do a moisture test on the screed and the ceramics area won’t have a effective damp proof course for glue down LVT

    It’s a High temp and has fibres so it won’t move at all. The best glue if any sunlight on the floor. F44 is decent but only use it for polysafe these days.

    Halfway under the doorway. It’s called a door trim. The grippers go around the perimeter for the carpet.

    You don’t get much heat with wire UFH through laminate as well. Carpets would be best.
