Looking at my attached photos, can some one tell me if that is the dpc just below green painted line? 4th photo is a drain which sink & W/M empty into. Water sometimes seems to go into the wall where wall meets concrete. Should this happen? Many thanks

I've already ready got the offcuts in shed taking up room.

It's too put a large flower pot on. It's going on some cut down tree stumps in the corner of my garden. It's going to be T&G off cuts from a shed i had built.

I want to put up a wooden shelf in the garden using off cuts of either OSB or t&g that i have got. What can i use to seal it & prolong the life of whichever wood i use for the job.
