    Hi, yes, if you buy a good adhesive you can just stick it to the walls and ceiling on the inside of the porch. It fits together a bit like laminate flooring. Sorry I can't help with the bedroom, have you tried a dehumidifier in there?

    If it is just from condensation you can fit upvc cladding to it, it is hollow and so helps reduce condensation by providing a bit of a barrier between the warm air and cold brick. I have used in a garage and the result was pretty amazing.

    Window cleaners definately your best bet, and whilst he is up there you might as well put some leaf protector up - will save you having to do the job again. Its dead easy to fit, just clips together and sits just inside the gutter.

    I agree that replacing the lead is a big job and shouldn't be undertaken lightly. Have you looked at lead alternative - Ubiflex is a good brand. this is much lighter than traditional lead and also can be joined easier.

    I have had a similar problem before, if you are going to decorate anyway then changing the tiles for plastic panelling will help. The panels are hollow so they provide a bit of insulation, and as they aren't cold to touch like tiles this seems to make the room feel a bit warmer too.
