Is it just warm for a while at the begining?? if its just the two closest the boiler the cold feed might be running by the Flow/Return to the heating and heat is being transfered at first.

Was the initial thermostat wireless?

Drain your higest radiator... remove the blanking cap at the top of the radiator... not the bleed valve. Buy a dosing kit and insert... seal the system, repressurise... bobs your uncle, fanny... is a naughty word.

Make sure you run it through each radiator individually and give the radiator a good smash with a rubber mallet.
