We're not getting the full story here, why you resetting tampers/panic buttons?? What tampers are you resetting? If you view ccts, they ALL should be healthy (the ones that are used) bar maybe an ET button if fitted. You cant clear down an engineer reset via a customer code, or what ever...

lol 690 is a great panel, what variant is it?? We have 100's of them out there, very very rare it'll let you down. Usually a battery fault will be indicated on the keypad, be it that or the fuse.

How have you checked the battery?
