    Is this an isolation valve?

Are the taps supplied from a combo? If so when you isolate the mains open the basin and bath taps and also the kitchen sink taps that way all the remaining water in the pipework will empty into the kitchen sink and not on your bathroom floor, don't forget to close them when the pipes empty.

    Radiators Not Heating Up??

Only thing really is to drain the system and undo the brass fitting in the top of the valve to have a look to see if its damaged inside if it is while its drained just replace all the valves.

Insulating a pre bought shed floor before assesmbly

Why dont you put it between the T&G floor joists first before you put it down on the 3x2 if you cut it so its a tight fit it should stay there till you put the floor down, i,ve just been using recticel in studing if you put it in tight you cant get it back out without damage.

The only reason i ask is its basically the same as the old gledhill cylinder where the water is combined only difference is the hot water is mains pressure through a plate heat exchanger. Thanks for the replys.

Insulating a pre bought shed floor before assesmbly

I see what you mean depending on how even or uneven your concrete is you could use 50mm and 25mm celotex or recticel it may protrude passed the 3x2 or it may sit flush with the top you,d have to measure see if you have enough room. And its foil both sides.
