yes it is my hubby managed to get hold of a plumber friend and he also says its the pump so hes picking one up and coming to install it later i just hope i managed to describe it correctly for him to pick the right one up :lol: its a bit hard wen you havnt a clue what your looking at :roll...

its a glowwarm ultimate about 12 year old and thinking about it i dont think it is firing up as i dont get that whooshing sound wen i turn the dial on the thermostat i did think about the pump bacause everynow and then i bangs really loud ,

hi bit of advise needed please , my boiler is firing up , the pilot light is on but the raditors are stone cold :cry:
