    Thanks for the info, i dont think they are the dichroic type but was planning to change the bulbs to the energy saving ones which i believe run cooler, so will do that asap and monitor for now and look into having the whole fitting changed

    M10 is the size of the bolt "threaded bar" that will fit inside the insert and the 13mm is the length of the insert The size you drill the wood to fit these is 12.2-12.5mm, dont go larger!
