    Cold extension floor

Just a standard single radiator, probably eight feet long. Radiator is the last one on the circuit and Sunroom was an extension so it gets hot but not scalding. Sun room is 154 square feet in size. Ray K

    Cold extension floor

Er Tiles, with concrete underneath. Given the state of insulation in attic missing insulation in the floor wouldn't surprise me. Not sure yet what I want to do with this space in the longer term. Any temporary fix?

    Cold extension floor

Hi folks, We have a sun room extension a cold sun room extension. I sorted out the roof Insulation and we installed new windows, and the room is still cold. Appears to be coming up from the floor, missing a membrane? Is there anything, ideally minimally invasive I can do to sort this out...

    Leaking gutting

I think Chapper's has it right about. I am pretty sure the roof tiles are short, they aren't coming out quiet far enough over the fascia hence the staining, but the leaking guttering is fixed now at least. This year I replaced the guttering on the side of the garage, sealed the fascia at the...

    Leaking gutting

Hi folks, Some new guttering is leaking ... see photo below. It was put in late last year - would rather not have to have the guys who put up back. Is this missing some sealing or bonding. https://goo.gl/photos/UPhXC9KoriZn7rwm7 Thanks, Ray K

Huh? Isn't there just one mixture? This screw controls how much fuel is in the mix. The same the choke controls the air supply? Thanks Ray K

    Flooding Draper Expert Brush Cutter

You might be right, its says on the side of the cutter x10 beside the primer. Does the bulb filling with fuel mean it's good to go? Although I think the bulb is fairly opaque.

    Vintage Ride mower on?

Desperation is really the right word for this, I can relate - as I said a pretty miserable job. On sheep and goats, I have thought of this in the past - perhaps for the future when my day job calms down sufficiently. Trouble enough keeping my cat fed. :D I presume that mower would have to...

    Vintage Ride mower on?

Oh, I don't have anything special in mind. Though given our recent experience with rusty decks I will trying to avoid those. Was hoping there was some magic way I could just mulch the long grass. Probably not as tidy as collecting in a box. But a damn sight better than declogging a deck every...

    Vintage Ride mower on?

Hi folks, I am thinking about buying a vintage ride on mower, as the romance is going out of cutting my 1/2 acre garden with my beefy petrol push mower. I like the idea of Vintage mower as it is something I can maintain myself and less generally goes wrong with the older stuff. My concern is...

    Flooding Draper Expert Brush Cutter

Hi folks, Forgive me for posting this question here - as it's a motor question, it seemed appropriate. I bought a 'Draper Expert 45576 32 cc Petrol Brush Cutter and Line Trimmer' about two years ago. I needed a brushcutter to tackle a badly overgrown, I was broke and it was at more affordable...

Plastic - but to be honest with you, I am scratching my head a bit on where to pick up. Something like this? http://www.screwfix.com/p/tower-mini-trunking-38mm-x-25mm-x-2m-8m-pack-of-4/84619

    Galvanized conduit in Garage

Well you where clearly doing a number of underhand things:- You are 'arguing by inflation', you point out there is are rules for doing electrical work and then leaving the reader to infer that those rules govern what the are doing. It was only a later post that you clarified that you didn't...
