vaillant combi boiler - shower too hot - low pressure?

Probably because the incoming cold water is now at a higher temprature. The lower flow rate through a shower will give a higher temprature just turn the boiler hot water down and see what happens. When it is cold outside again turn it back up because the incoming water will be a lower temprature.

Please Help 100cm2 Air Vent for Back Boiler???

If the regs say 100cm2 then that is what you need, if you fit the vent without the baffle you are OK however I always fit the black hole so you comply with the regulations and still have anti draft if I remember correctly BM720.

22mm pipe leak - reducer required?

The old pipe will probably be 3/4 imperial you will need a 1M fitting 3/4 to 22mm cut the pipe before the leaking elbow and renew to the bath or cut out the leaking elbow at each side and use 2 x 1M 22mm tube and new elbow.

Radiator cold - cutting into pipe question

It may be safer to roll the carpet back from under the radiator so if you spill and black water it is on the floor not the carpet. Block up the radiator holes so you don't spill on the way out

Yes but it is better to have a hose fitted then you can open the valve fully and let it run out faster and longer to move the sludge out of the pipe.

Radiator cold - cutting into pipe question

Turn the radiator valves off at both ends of the rad then remove the radiator taking care not to spill the water on the carpets. Flush out the rad with a hose pipe to clean it out. Put a hose on the radiator valve, open the valve and flush the pipe. Do the same on the other valve and pipe. Fit...

    Hot water pipes

I have never upgraded to 22mm to feed a wash hand basin only. If you fit isolation valves fit full flow valves and you will be fine. Remember it is only a wash basin not a bath or a power shower.
