    Its not the paint that is hard to remove but what the boys have been spraying on the rad over the years. :roll: Turn the valves off each end of rad then plenty of elbow grease, However it is sometimes more cost effective to just fit a new rad. I fit more replacement rads for this problem than...

    First thing to look at, did you fit the valve correctly port A to the radiators and port B to the cylinder.

    In a shower area instead of using plaster board you can use aquaboard it is very much like plasterboard but is not affeted by water so no need for tanking and is easy to work with. Tileing if easy on aquaboard. :lol:
