    I know what your saying, but if i cut the gutter thiers will fall. I'm going to write and tell them the problem and ask them thier intentions. If I touch thier property another argument will follow.

    The council can't help because some of the water will be coming of my roof as well. If the source of the water was on their land and it was draining onto mine its a different matter. I think a letter to them may work but I need to know what to put in it. I don't want to make any hollow...

    To carryout either of your suggestions I will have to go on thier land or handle thier property, legally and technically I'm not allowed,situations similar to this are what caused friction between us. It's difficult to explain these people are completely unreasonable.

    Gutter problems.

    Iv have a 3 bed semi, myself and my neighbours from hell have bay Windows, the windows are covered by a roof which runs the length of the building. The problem is thier gutter is falling of and pulling mine down, when it rains it's like a waterfall at the joint. Can't talk to my neighbours...
