Depends if you live in a bungalow in the country or the top floor of nelson Mandela house, amongst a thousand other things of course.

    Recommend me a water heater

You'd be much better off keeping your cylinder and doing a car boot sale with the stuff you want to store. There is always a logical answer if you think hard enough. Let me know if you need any more help. :D

    Atag boiler

I've got one at home, I really like it, fitted by the apprentice and he made a nice job of it too. I like the look of them, people shouldn't be so keen to put them in a kitchen cupboard.

Fullemann 'Multi Oil' boiler from Eco Hometec

Not heard of them. Viessmann have a blue flame oil boiler but won't market it over here due to our varying oil quality.

Cheap Way To Heat Barn Conversion?

This is the mainstay of our business, as boilerman2 says, oil, UFH ground floor/rads first floor and an unvented cylinder. It comes out cheaper even taking the oil tank into consideration. The first fill up of oil stings a bit and makes the gap to a heat pump a bit narrower but even so, barns...

UFH not reaching temps over 15degrees.

Its not a problem if it doesn't have one, manifold design and components vary. Try to expel any air, Im afraid its not very water meter friendly but worth getting right.

UFH not reaching temps over 15degrees.

No, the head that you turn to vary the temperature, does it have a thin wire attached to a phial? Maybe attached to the pipework somewhere. Air is the most common thing.

UFH not reaching temps over 15degrees.

You need to connect a drain hose to one manifold rail and a mains water hose to the other manifold rail. Close the flow and return ISO valves so you are dealing solely with the UFH manifold. Turn the water on and run each loop through individually until it runs clear and uninterrupted by air...

    Adhoc underfloor heating

Waste of good copper. Electric floor warmer is the ideal thing for that sort of area. What you propose won't work.

    NVQ level 3 plumbing part-time?

If you have a work placement where college assessors can come out and see you working then there is no reason you can't do nvq level 2 as an evening course, 2 nights a week. Once you have your level 2 and you have more chance of getting a full time job within the industry you can do your 4...

    NVQ level 3 plumbing part-time?

You won't get on level 3 without a full level 2 nvq. You won't get a full level 2 nvq without a work placement. You can do a level 2 tech cert by just attending college. Level 3 requires a work placement also. This is the route our apprentices have taken.
