Nice. Looks good. Is that Hep20 pushfit? Did you just use isolation valves to kill the water or stop ends too?

    boundary moved by neighbour?

I think that makes your neighbour correct. Although, ive seen much more detailed boundary documents with a 'T' used along the boundary to designate ownership. Like this https://images.app.goo.gl/7KEHp7Ucxpot9uG88

    Joist Deflection Bowing Floor

Im beginning to think this must've been like this for a very long time. Is 2x4 ok to sister with or would you go with 2x6 and is my plan to sister the bathroom only to basically level the floor in there for a new bathroom suite ok? (i.e. from the block wall to the radiator side of the...

    boundary moved by neighbour?

I dont know any of it for fact, its just my instinct from the photo. Best check with Land Registry to be sure. How long have you owned the house? Your solicitor should have checked at the time of purchase and possibly has it on record.

    boundary moved by neighbour?

You were asking for opinions, mine is B. If you went in that garage with the white door and turned left, are you on next doors land inside the garage?

    boundary moved by neighbour?

I'd say B, but this must be on record somewhere like Land registry.

    Joist Deflection Bowing Floor

But the base/sole plate of the studwall is hovering off the chipboard floor underneath i.e. it is practically level whereas the subfloor underneath it is not.

    Joist Deflection Bowing Floor

Ok, so Ive lifted a section of floor and everything looks ok to me. No cracked joists or anything, just that bracing under the studwall that looks inadequate to me. No other noggins for the whole span. First picture shows the bracing under the stud wall with the radiator pipe going up...

    12v Camper Electrics

Thanks both, thats really handy. I think the mistake ive made is that when wiring my other circuits for USB charge points, I've used the little rocker style switches with an LED like the attached and these need the ground wire for the little LED to light up? I've then followed this pattern to...

    12v Camper Electrics

Hi all Bought a cheap camper that has 6x 12v LED spots wired into the ceiling liner but the previous owner has wired them off the main car battery. They are turned on by a wall switch in the back that has 3 terminals - live, switched and ground. I have now added a leisure battery and various...
