They're unreliable, have an annoying HD bug which can cause the image to jump and a very over inflated contrast ratio.
Go for Toshiba's 32C3030DB for the equivelent price, or a Sony/Panasonic if funds allow.
Avoid Philips.
There's a good chance it could be the door switch itself.
This is easily tested if you have a multimeter.
Make sure the machine's unplugged if you're going inside!
I'd ask around, if it's happening at a definite time then there's obviously a reason for it.
Ask neighbours etc if they have anything that starts at that time?
Easiest way to connect these up.
I have an FCU in the loft which i want to run to a pull switch that will switch 4x under cabinet lights on, these are all running from a 4x socket extension but will all run into a JB.
I have the switch, i have the JB and the FCU.

We just had BG fit an entire system for us from scratch, the service was absolutely spot on, they fitted everything neatly, and we've not had a problem.
Would happily recommend them to anyone!
We don't have the wireless one, our boiler has been fitted in the loft, and we have a BG branded timer and thermostat downstairs, no timer on the boiler itself.
Great, you hear about all these dodgy boilers people get, that barely work, and spend more time out of order than working!
