Awful TV. They're unreliable, have an annoying HD bug which can cause the image to jump and a very over inflated contrast ratio. Go for Toshiba's 32C3030DB for the equivelent price, or a Sony/Panasonic if funds allow. Avoid Philips.

What make and model is the TV?

There's a good chance it could be the door switch itself. This is easily tested if you have a multimeter. Make sure the machine's unplugged if you're going inside!

I'd ask around, if it's happening at a definite time then there's obviously a reason for it. Ask neighbours etc if they have anything that starts at that time?

We just had BG fit an entire system for us from scratch, the service was absolutely spot on, they fitted everything neatly, and we've not had a problem. Would happily recommend them to anyone!
