i think you'd need to aquire the services of an engineer. Your boilers obviously cutting out due to overheating and theres far too many possible causes but shouldnt take an engineer on site too long to diagnose. Could be a component failure i.e. pump or a blocked up heat exchanger etc but...

Richard as tony says its a faulty flow switch. I think on the mini when the hot water taps opened a small red led inside the boiler should light then the flow switch is operating properly no right led - faulty flow switch (maybe choked or has a small hole developed on the diaphgram Ray

i think youd need to get someone confident on the lineas for a second opinion as theres not much else to look at. How do u know the minimums been set on the gas valve? do you know what the figure is? the fact that the heat comes through ok to start proves its not a diverter valve/hw flow...

I agree with Axel Jo, If you intend to change the valve if you put a screw driver near the isolation points you have justnow it would leak without you touching it, they r absolutly terrible. If your concerned about water flow go for the 15/60 grundfos over the 15/50 exact same striaght foward...
