Indeed, I drool over the prospect of a 968 cargo but for me the purchase price of a good one today is un-attainable & I'm not into restorations. Mine were a Dodge ambulance & a Chev. truck, totally reliable if you looked after them.

I used to have two of those, for the occasional weekend. Built for the American military in the early 'forties, weighing between 3 & 4 tons consuming 'proper' petrol at the rate of between 8 & 12 mpg.

Nothing like the rumble of a V8 or the growl of a straight six ! I can still enjoy both & the cars themselves are instantly recognisable, except maybe to younger generations ;)

That's the trouble with today's attitude, nobody wants to repair anything anymore or demands so much money to do so that it's cheaper to buy new again. Rather than pay hundreds of pounds for a new audio I'll put the money into keeping the car on the road. Thanks for the reply though (y)

Used their 5w-40 LL04 & transmission fluid in my high mileage E39 for several years without issue. Considerable saving when compared to BM products, especially the fluid.
