    It's not related to the hot water in the hot tap. You need to drain the radiators, then remove vessel, then fit new and repressive.

    Unplug pump and fan and try again, then plug just one back in and see if it still trips. Looks like there's water marks on the pump?

    It looks like you're getting too involved. Although this is not classed as "gas work" the area that the expansion vessel is in is a sealed unit that effects the combustion.

    You may end up smashing it to get it out :shock: As for the pipe it depends what it's made of, it would look better flush with the floor but it might crack in the places you don't want it too. Just take it steady.
