Hi John. In the attached picture you can see the wall and the higher garden. Behind the 2 remaining panels theres no wall just a 600 mud bank. The pic shows the hedges in the high garden so I cant continue good side that side. If I were to do good side my side the kickbaord would be floating...

Feather edge and rails

Only troubtrois the rest of the fence cant be concrete posts so not really doable. Decided on laying the slabs 900 high, dig in a bit and the rebar pin.

My neighbours lawn is 600mm higher than mine. Were about to replace the fence which will start at ground level low side. I'm thinking of using 600mm high concrete slabs pinned in with rebar to hold the garden up. Is this an approved method. Were trying to keep costs down so don't fancy cementing...

I'm about to replace a fence but due to bushes and split level gardens half the fence will be good side then will change to bad side. Is this a strange thing to do or acceptable as an access work around?

Thanks for the reply. I'm really not a fan of concrete posts as I don't like the slide in panels. I'm thinking of getting some tombstone slabs set upright in cement and run the feather edge as normal along the lawn line.
