Both my roof and neighbours go down the saim drain in between our houses (semi's), can I also drain my driveway in to that same drain or do I need to drain it in to the drain at the other side of my driveway?

I'm trying to save space and know that in Canada and the US you can buy a toilet where the sewage drains vertically instead of first going out the back and then downward, can someone pls help and tell me if I can find one of these in/around the London area? Or any other ideas as tight for space...
