    Chances are its something done today to much of a coincidence. Biasi combi or system boiler? Did he just change stat at wall or renew wiring etc in boiler. Check the obvious first stat to hw left down for example.

    Double check you have turned both islation taps fully off exactly 90 degrees across for the slots then keep bleeding I radiator even after water comes out with a bowl catching the water untill its around 1.2 bar.

    They are "self bleeding" pumps so no bleed screw I think they suggest running it on higest speed for a couple of days.

    Re remove tail you need around a dozen wraps of ptfe going clockwise. A smear of plumbers mate wont to it any harm also check the leak isnt from the valve face as they have a habit of tricking you into where you think the leak is

    I think a good starting point would be to fit a gate valve on the hot water side so that can be balanced down along with the radiators. Above to motorized valve on the hw flow
