switch off mains power to alarm open end station lid remove battery wait 20 mins for outside bell/siren to stop. close lid . end of.

most control panels use a negative bell trigger ie instead of sending a poss supply when the alarm triggers it sends a neg and the poss is always pressent. hope this helps

there is no reg that says a jb has to be accsesable as long as it is fully enclosed and of the correct size
