    Leylandii hedge and Foundation

I have no idea but you have clay soil and want to build 50cm from established large trees so I would assume you need very deep foundations. As it is, I would expect issues with the existing roots even if you cut down the hedge. Ask a pro to be certain.

    Mystery water damage/damp in bedroom

My best guess from that is leaking rad piping. Hope the plumber can find the issue for you when on site

    Replacing old drain gulley

What are you replacing it with? When you go banging out the brickwork and concrete surround it's possible to crack the existing clay part so be wary of that

    Mystery water damage/damp in bedroom

From your pic of the cutout it looks to me like it's rising rather than from above. How do your pipes run under the floor and is there any accessibility? It also looks vaguely worse towards the door. Any chance of a quick floorplan sketch of the nearest rooms?

    Turning greenhouse into love shack

Not sure you can. Looking at the joints such as where rafter meets top plate (top of vertical side) it looks very tired. Once the glass is out how stable is it? Much give when you twist it about? If you can remove all glass and shove the frame and it doesn't wobbly or distort you might get some...

    Turning greenhouse into love shack

Is the structure sound or not, although you say it has issues I'm not clear even after looking at the pics. If not then remove the glass, disassemble and rebuild. From what I can see it's not a conversion job

Sub floor Humidity Issue - Best method to solve?

I guess the forced air could be argued but you'll always have eddy currents so doubt it's worth the outlay and effort. Personal choice! Z vents on 4&5 - can you access enough to fit them? I'm lazy so I'd not fit them and make sure I add decent ones where I can access easily. Clearing vents -...

Sub floor Humidity Issue - Best method to solve?

If you fix up all the vents plus add a few then there's no need for mechanical ventilation. It's just something else to go wrong. With the existing ones as long as you clear them and there's no obstruction then not sure you need to retrofit z ducts either, it's air flow you're after which an...

Shout if you want details of the seat cushion maker. I found them on Etsy and far cheaper than anywhere local to me

Gap around DIY Window Seat Lid. And Number of Hinges?

Yes just the two lids with a hole drilled through to lift them (round off the edges). In honesty I might convert the othe two panels to lids for ease of access. One thing I made sure of was ventilation. Mine is against an outside wall so was insulated with PIR and the main seat has vents to the...

House 4 meters wide, but want to build side extension at 2.7 meters up to fence with neighbours

Around here a single storey extension can go up to the boundary and a 2 storey must have at least a meter from boundary to wall in order to avoid 'terressing'
