I havn't looked inside as its my sons house not mine, just noticed the dodgy cover. Will look inside when I replace the cover. Both RCDs are rated at 30mA, where would the disccrimination be if one is downstream of the other.

Thanks for this will contact Hager today. And yes he was a 'Dork' cos he used the wrong blanks and the front is indeed distorted with the right hand securing screw missing. The earthing is PME not TT and once again the same dork must have run out of RCD stickers and put a 'Time delayed' sticker...

Your're right no extraneous conductive parts hence nothing to connect to the 10mm earth. Looks like I cam export the PME earth after all.....unless someone knows different. :)

The only exposed structural steel is the garage door, is this classed as extraneous conductive part? The meter tails are 25mm and I think the main earth is 16mm, do not really want to run a 16mmearth to the garage.
