Hi Andrew, thanks. You said its a simple problem but you do not say what the actual problem is.

plumber changed the loop still no joy. He said it might be heat exchanger, so to find out i should shut down power to boiler which I did for 4hours but it still kept filling. so he replaced loop again, still no joy. plumber has given up now.

yes pressure keeps rising even when boiler is off. yes it goes above bar3 and it keeps going you have to press lever by hand to lower pressure, it does not open by it self to lower pressure.

greenstar28i keeps over filling i have changed filling loop, still no joy. It keeps filling even when power to the boiler is shut off.

Worcester 28i keeps over filling goes from 1 to red in10 to 12 hrs. Filling link is replaced, problem still not solved.
