TBH, I haven't used fleabay for years but I do have occasion to return items via Mail so use whatever service is appropriate in the context. You can just use 'signed for' and track it but the special will give you added insured cover.

Just an idea... Insure the item with Royal Mail Special Delivery then if it 'goes missing' you claim against Royal Mail. They can then argue with the seller about receipt... Seller will soon wise up if The Post Office believe he's a lying twonk and start refusing to deliver...
