check the installation instructions wiring section and look to see what terminals are for external controls, wireless receiver will require a L, N, Common and a switch live back to the boiler

you do have a point, depends if the water will run hot downstairs for a long period, not just a small amount.

To be honest it isnt that bad to do, but then again i have changed many! cant remember my first so maybe thats a good sign! get yourself a dhw sensor also, for the sake of a few pounds its worth fitting whilst u have boiler drained!

they can be cleaned but not always successful, best to get a new one. also get some quotes to have a magnetic filter fitted to the system.

but a small amount of water will be hot until the senors take over, more water in a bath!

to find the error codes you have to press a little button on the pcb and scroll through, i think u have a more modern version than the ones i deal with, but should be the same,cant believe they still produce them!! removed one only yesterday from a property, the owner was glad to see the back of it!

does the boiler stay on during hot water demand?or cut in and out?if it stays on then the diverter valve could be passing, if it cuts in and out then its prob a blocked plate heat exchanger

you have fitted a programmable room stat.........it sound as though it is doing its job, if u dont want the heating on at certain times, lower the temperature for that period!

dont have a Baxi fitted, its not fair on anyone

sounds like the pump, but many things to check, power to the pump?is it spinning?check system water pressure/header tank...
