    Feed and expansion pipe work

Assuming your boiler has an overheat thermostat then just combine the cold feed into the open vent. You'll have much less future hassle.

worn out Myson rad bleed screws, help please

http://www.easibleed.co.uk/ Pricey but cheaper than a new rad. Only issue is that you'd need 2 per rad with your type!

    Hive 2 Wiring

The current timer uses low voltage to trigger heating. On a single channel reciever you can put this low voltage signal to terminal 1 and output it to terminal 3.

    Hive 2 Wiring

I have already told you. You can't make it work with a dual channel reciever. You should have returned it for a single channel variant. Probably left it too long now.

Worcester 350 combi boiler. CH cutting out, HW OK. Fan? Pump? Something else?

It runs at low speed during ignition and the first stage of central heating demand where it's running at low burner pressure. Never sat and watched one for long enough but I expect it also goes to low speed when it modulates down too.

    Unit Heater Cold

Flexi pipes are notorious for blocking up, even on an otherwise clean system. That would be my best guess.

    Flue Options Causing RGI Confusion

Worth noting that only the Vaillant VTK allows you to bypass the normal rules (other minimum clearances are still applicable, though more relaxed) for siting the terminal as it's a "variable termination kit" where as with the Worcester it's just a "plume management kit" to avoid nuisance steam...

    Macerator - Which One

Under no circumstances should you leave yourself with a macerator as the only toilet in the house. It WILL go wrong at some point. That much you can guarantee. Not much worse than not being able to even use the loo in your own house!

    Macerator - Which One

I didn't think anyone actually fitted these themselves... Usually inherited from a previous owner who's had enough and decided to move house because they can't stand the macerator any longer!

    Temporarily extending a boiler flue

Why not get the new boiler fitted sooner instead? Any money spent on a boiler you're chucking away is wasted.

C plan with British Gas hive 2

Sorry I was thinking of an M-plan!

C plan with British Gas hive 2

It doesn't "need" to be but I would just to give the correct indicator on the reciever (hot water is always on with heating).

    Radiator with towel rail?

http://www.geyser.co.uk/circolo-grigio-designer-radiator-range-c-64_72_206.html I have one of these in my bathroom. There's an optional colour matched towel rail in the accessories section which clamps round one of the bars.

C plan with British Gas hive 2

Install as per the existing timer then put the reciever into gravity mode. All in the instruction book which comes with it.

Worcester 350 combi boiler. CH cutting out, HW OK. Fan? Pump? Something else?

Fan is obsolete on these too. I've had 2 just recently who've had to replace the boiler because of a duff fan. One just before Christmas!

    Pumped HW

Ever heard of diminishing returns? For the thousands he would have to spend that you suggested the only benefit would be his bath filling a little quicker. He has electric showers throughout so the new boiler and/or cylinder would have no effect what so ever on those. A pump might cost a couple...

    Pumped HW

Only seen one once. He had some sort of Master and slave pump in series if I remember correctly. Anyway he seemed very happy with it and was very easy to fit. Only a low hum of noise but obviously not quite on the same level as a shower pump in terms of output!

    Pumped HW

What a load of rubbish. Why would someone with such terrible cold water pressure fit a combi? Or even worse.. an unvented cylinder?! You have even misunderstood the problem; he has plenty of hot water, the flow rate is just poor.

    Heating circulator incorrectly sized?

Up the pump speed to 3, get warm radiators and stop worrying about the differential. It's an "ideal world" situation to get it right... no good having cold radiators to achieve it though!
