i have just put in my kitchen and my units are hard up to the wall i ave put my worktops on and got a normal overhang at the front but at the back there is a inch gap.i am gonna get it plastered but i dont think you can make that gap up surely.or can u ?

i was thinking this but some were saying you can do it,and some are saying you use a special bond caled gipbond or something and then you can do it.

I am getting my back kitchen tiled and had mulitiple quotes.some of them are saying yes you can plaster over tile and the others are saying you cant.can anyone tell me for sure if they have ever done it or if you can do it. thanks in advance
