Hi Any door 2.5 years old, fitted and made correctly should not give you any problems during normal day to day use. However locks do fail but there is usually a good reason ie:quality,misuse,faulty etc Good Luck

Try any local upvc window manufacturer company expect to pay between £5-£10 for a set. You may have to fit them in the sashes if you do not have enough room in the head of the frame. Good Luck

I assume you mean glass panes, you need a stanley knife, take blade out of knife hold against glass at slight angle and scrap of silicone. Hope this helps :D
