I have an old Lath and plaster ceiling that is cracked, blown and generally in a bad way. Would it be best to bring it down then plasterboard directly onto the joists (and put insulation between the joists) or overboard directly on the old plaster???? obviously i would need to find the joists...

Hi This may seem strange but can someone PLEASE tell me where I can find the starter motor. It is a 95 with Vauxhall engine. I have looked in the Haynes Manual and it says it is a very easy job to do but I cannot find the thing. If someone can tell me the easiest way to get it out as well...

I will change the oil over the weekend and see how it is before looking at the starter motor. I will let you know how I get on. Thanks
