It is boiling hot… and remains it… but it’s not very high pressure. There have been instances when it’s come cold and then back hot though. The shower is affected the most!! I have lowered the temperature though in the boiler because the plumber said the system couldn’t deal with heating water...

Also… I have noticed from my own investigation hahaha That if the flow is high, that when the shower runs (if it decides to kick start the boiler) I can see the temperature going up on the face of the boiler but it gets to a certain number and then drops and looks like it’s struggling???

The guy who did our service was new to the company… he ****ed it. Because when he left the boiler was leaking and I had someone else come out and they said he didn’t tighten something. But since then someone has been out twice and it’s not getting better… I’m being charged for call outs now too...

Wouldn’t it be better to get the fire more into the room? If we build the chimney around it worried the heat will get trapped and not fully circulate the room! Could do it and then always bring it out further afterwards..

I love this.. my partner isn’t a carpenter but I wonder how hard it is to do otherwise it’s buying the pre built cabinets from Ikea - would need 4 and they are like £180 each so probs more expensive doing it that way than from scratch!
