    I drained the water down by removing the outlet hoxe from the xtandpipe, and lowered it to fill a plaxtic bowl. Xwitched the machine on ax the water level drained, xhut off inlet feed, and let the machine do itx xpin etc mode until eventually the door lock clicked to xignal to unlock mode. No...

    Pump failure?

    Hotpoint BWHM29, high water level - nearly 2/3 full - and not draining. Outlet drain pipe connected to Stand pipe, not blocked. All pointing to a failed pump. Anyone had similar? Thank you.
