Yes you can as long as the tank is big enough and you have a decent pump that will cope with demand.
Are you intending to pump to an existing leccy shower ? or a new thermostatic mixer ? I ask because you cant just pump the cold to a mixer.
The unvented cylinder idea is dubious here. It too...
Wow, thats a lot of space to lose. I can only guess that there must have been serious damp issues for the studs not to be attached directly to the walls etc. I would put PIR board inside the stud frame. A bit tricky with access etc as you may have to remove some plaster.
I have Hive and its great. You can also add plugs, lights, motion sensors, door sensors etc. You can also move the stat around to suit your need and location in the house which is very useful.
Love Hive, got many Hive products (lights, plug sockets, motion sensors etc). As has been said - use just the heating side of things or swap it out for the single channel. The Honeywell T6 looks to be wired and you cant connect any other smart products to it so is a backward step.

I sanded the frame of course beforehand. Bare wood would need more...
You're probably right. But my house is very much better protected than it was before which is my point. Any criminal will also have absolutely no idea what type of system I am using or the frequencies used to jam it so it doesn't particularly worry me. I am currently renovating multiple rooms in...
As I say - I know when my SmartThings hub goes offline (either due to powercut or internet downtime) and it rarely happens. But as I also keep saying - this works for me and is better than anything I have had before.
I don't care. I spent valuable time sharing my experience and info for others who may be looking into this and there ARE others looking into this and this is for them.
Oh and my alarm box is supplied by a smart home manufacturer lol but thank you for your contribution :)
I have an internal and an external siren - read my post. Now lets be realistic here, what are the chances of an issue occurring whilst my internet is down ?. Pretty low I would guess.
Actually - I am notified when the hub goes off line and its happened once during the 6 months its been up and...
