It is good isn't it. One application that lets you get into your various government systems without faffing with a million different logins to remember.
Go check again, diet can make a change but it requires a massive lifestyle change (not just changing from butter to margarine) and is about half as effective as medication.

Statins give, on average, something like half a year to two years of extra good-health life.
They can have side effects, but so does dying from avoidable heart conditions.
It's your choice, but from a statistics position it's a bad one.
