What is the issue you are having with registration ? You need to have connected to your control panel with the app first, then register to gain the account number and server IP address.

That's correct. The only way to clear the log on the Flex would be a cold start and reprogram, but as it simply flushes the oldest events, there's no need to do this.

Hi, the old modules are problematic. The most recent is the A083-00-10 V4.16 and it fixes all the previous problems. Panel firmware V3.54 also fixes a couple of rarely seen issues.

The panel does a load test at timed interval. It could very well be that the terminals are loose or that the new battery is faulty. The battery isn't always replaced on every service btw.
