whilst that picture is there my kitchen tap is leaking front the vertical joint and top part is very wobbly - have tried to lokk at from below but cannot get near and dismatlintling actual taps does not get me near the prob - any thoughts please

all other hot taps OK but this one really slow - have tried attaching hose from main cold tap and blowing back but prob still there so may not be airlock as I thought

Hot water comes out very slowly - all other upstairs hot taps ok - have tried attaching hose to it from downstairs cold tap and blasting back but only causes temp cure

first thought it was from bleed valve and tightened it - it snapped off but realised it was the outer part leaking looks like corroding also Tightened that and still leaking can I take it out and replace ? rather than drain down can I use freeze pac on pipes ? how do I tell if I...
