Thank god it's not the plastic piping! It's the cold and the hot even the cold to the electric shower is poor, The flat is fed by a single pipe from the stopcock (1.5 Bar) which them feeds all the cold and the Combi Boiler. Alfie

Hi Chris R. Did as you said with all off during the night and all pipes cold. Switched on hot water only 4073A lever remains at the left away from the manual position , both pipes get hot as does 2 upstairs radiators. I await your valued comments. Alfie :(
