    Sorry, i know i should laugh.... ROFLMAO Yeah ive checked the connections are all ok. Ive now pulled the Fan from the Shower switch, Still have same problem with shower as before.... Just need to wire up the Fan to the Light switch now....

    So if my shower is drawing 41.3 Amps, then why do the Manufacturer state it requires a 40 Amp fuse....... Sureley this is just wrong. This is obviosly an area i need to brush up on, but learning is always good.

    The shower is about 12 months old.... Water isnt really a problem i dont think....it can be a bit cloudy tho.... Fan is a standard extractor fan, about 4 inch across... Its not fused down.

    HAve you tried running a hose pipe through the radiator? sound slike it could be blocked, hence you not getting full water flow. How many million miles as this engine done? they normally do about 200k before beond salvaging.... Are both inlet and outlet water pipes getting warm when engine runs?

    100mm Joists are not the best things to be flooring over anyway.... far to flimsy for anything other than very VERY light storage. Is the roof structure made from Prefab trusses by any chance? If you must do this, then insulate to 100mm, then floor over that.... for the extra insualtion...

    Just had a thaught, if you are getting fed up with this problem and it is caused by Supply fluctutations...You should get some CFLs (Energy Saving Lamps). Apart from saving you money on electricity, they last for years and are tolerant of supply voltage fluctuations.
