It's possible that you have more than one fault. Check for broken wires where they pass from the main body to the tailgate,also check all earth connections for good clean contact to the chassis etc. :wink:

Try changing the oil pressure switch, if that doesn't cure it you will need an oil pressure test done.This could result in having to clean the pump filter or renewing the pump. :wink:
