It normally caused by a dead leg on the pipework, have a look at your pipework and see if there are any runs of capped pipes.

Turn off the hot water on the programmer, set the d0 to 20 kws and report back.

Pumps fine , its on the highest setting.

Drop the d0 to 20kws, it wont break or damage your boiler, post a pic of the pump and any buttons or dials on it.

And what is a fench icon ?

Common problem with these boilers. the pump cant shift enough water through the heat exchanger so the boiler goes into limp mode, what setting is the pump on and what size is it ? you could also try downrating the boiler to 20 kws and see it that helps. (how to is in the install instructions)

No guarantee they were correct on the suprima.

Flow and return the wrong way round ? the flow on the suprima is on the opposite side to the vaillant.

You need to attach a braided hose between the two valves on the pipework under the boiler, the valves have caps on at the moment so the hose should be there somewhere.

It can trap water inside giving a false pressure reading, before you start with “that’s not the op’s problem “ you asked how dirty system water comes into play.

Glow worm pressure sensors have a “hole” in the part that sits in the system water, dirt can block the hole and give wrong readings.
