You probably have hot water priority, does your system have weather comp fitted ?

Main thermistor acts as a frost stat so brings on the heating when the temp drops or it goes out of spec, might be your problem.

Either a wiring mistake or you have changed the wrong valve.

Might be backfeed voltage from the 3 port keeping the boiler firing but not the pump, I know w/bosch suffer from this and they supply a capacitor fitted across neutral and switched live to cure the problem, not saying this is your problem but cant see what else could be causing it.

Yes if you can comply with the dimensions, a ducted extractor fan would be easier and more effective at providing purge ventilation.

If your kitchen is larger than 10 cubic metres you dont need more ventilation (for combustion) the outside door / window is building regs and can be complied with by using a normal kitchen extractor, is does not need to be linked to the cooker as its expected that the user will use it to clear...

I would strongly suggest you put the boiler back together and get someone that knows what they are doing to fix it, you are going to spend more than a visit from a pro guessing what bit to change next.

Unfortunately if the BBU has been removed your fire will be condemned as using the fire on its own is not allowed.

We dont have your type of system here in the uk, all boilers have to have an interlock (they cant fire unless there is a call for heat) I cant see how your system can work properly without some sort of control between the ufh and boiler.

Your boiler will run if you remove the weather comp because the 24v link is in place, put the controller back on the boiler, could you tell me how the shunt pump is being controlled ? I am also assuming you have removed the actuator heads from the ufh manifold.

You cant mix the ebus and 240vac controls without some type of interface, the op needs to tell us how the ufh pump is being controlled ,it could be the ufh actuators taking too long to open and the boiler just dead heading.

How have you connected the ufh call for heat as it looks like your using vaillants ebus control.

Might need a tad more information like boiler type, make and model, ect

See is the 22mm central heating pipe on the left under the boiler gets hot when you run a tap, if it does its a sticking diverter valve.

Can you post a pic of your control set up ? 2 port or 3 port valves ect.
